Can I ask Allah for my future husband?

Question: Assalamu Alaikum,

I am a young girl who has had a relationship with a guy for over 2 years, but we broke up.

I know that everything is already written for us and we have to put faith in Allah, as He knows best. However, I don’t like the idea of ending up with someone whom I don’t love in this way.

Can I ask Allah in my dua’s to end up with the man I love in the future? There are no wrongs thoughts such as lust involved, just pure love. Can our dua’s be so powerful that Allah can maybe change my mektab if he had written something else and grant me the person I truly love?

Answer:
Assalamualaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
I pray this finds you well. May Allah reward you for reaching out to us. Please forgive me for the delay.
Love
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (upon him be blessings and peace) said: “There is nothing like marriage, for two who love one another.” [Sunan Ibn Majah]
Dear sister, you did the right thing by ending your pre-marital relationship. As much as you are hurting right now, know that your heartache will reduce with time. I pray that Allah grants you tremendous reward for making your repentance, and replaces what you have lost with far better.
When you are young, it may seem that the key to a happy marriage is to be deeply in love with a person. However, it takes more than that. Over the course of your marriage. as kids are born, bills need to be paid, and parents and in-laws age, it would help tremendously if your husband is kind, loyal, supportive, financially savvy and forgiving. If a marriage is not worked on actively through these very normal life stressors, then you can very easily fall out of love.
Duas and destiny
In your best case scenario, Allah has written that you will marry the young man you love. In your perceived worst case scenario, Allah has written that you will marry someone else. Allah knows what duas you will make even before you make them.
As to whether your duas can change your destiny, please refer to this Can Supplication Change Destiny?
It is permissible for you to make dua for Allah to bless you with marriage to to the man you love. However, I strongly recommend that you also make dua for Allah to bless you with the best husband for you, and to grant you contentment with His Decree.
I suggest that you do not give your heart away to a man until you have done your nikah. Deep and lasting love can blossom after nikah, within the safety of your marriage.
Marriage
I encourage you to learn more about what it takes to have a successful Islamic marriage. This way, no matter who you marry, you will have the right tools to navigate the next stage of your life.
Please read Before You Tie The Knotand listen to the Getting Married lesson set.
Perspective
God willing, you have decades ahead of you. Perhaps Allah has saved you from great pain by separating you from the man you love. Perhaps there is something within him or his family that will cause you great pain, should you marry him.
On the flipside, perhaps Allah has written marriage to the man you love – just not right now.
Only Allah knows. The best way for you to close this door of longing is to perform The Prayer of Guidance. You can If Allah makes it clear to you that marriage to him is good, then He will facilitate that e.g. your parents will be open to the idea. If Allah makes it lear that marriage to him is harmful.
Free your heart of attachments to Allah, or He will free it for you.
Spiritual nourishment
God Most High says, “Truly it is in the remembrance of God that hearts find rest.” [Qur’an, 13:28]
While you are in this vulnerable state, it is extremely important for you to nourish your heart and soul. Read and listen to Qur’an, fast, find comfort in supplication, give in charity, help others in need, and other praiseworthy acts.
I pray that Allah grants you ease and contentment. Please keep in touch.

Etiquettes Of Sneezing According To Sunnah Of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)

•══༻◉••﷽••◉༺══•

Etiquettes Of Sneezing 🤧 According To Sunnah Of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)

1. Say ‘Alhamdulilah’ after sneezing.

2. Respond to the person who said ‘Alhamdulilah’ with ‘Yarhamuk Allah’.

3. The person who sneezed should reply back with 'Yahdikumallah wa Yuslih Balakum'

4. Do not respond to the person who sneezes and did not say ‘Alhamdulilah’.

➖➖➖➖
🎯 Hadith 👇

1. Say Tashmit Only If Someone Praises Allaah ﷻ.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If anyone of you sneezes, he should say 'Al-Hamduli l-lah' (Praise be to Allah), and his (Muslim) brother or companion should say to him, 'Yar-hamuka-l-lah' (May Allah bestow his Mercy on you). When the latter says 'Yar-hamuka-llah", the former should say, 'Yahdikumul-lah wa Yuslih balakum' (May Allah give you guidance and improve your condition). l

Sahih al-Bukhari 6224
In-book : Book 78, Hadith 248

💞

2. Don't Say Tashmit For The One Who Doesn't Praise Allaah ﷻ.

Narrated Anas:

Two men sneezed before the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said Tashmit to one of them, while he did not say Tashmit to the other. So that man said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! You said Tashmit to that fellow but you did not say Tashmit to me. "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "That man praised Allah, but you did not praise Allah."

Sahih al-Bukhari 6225
In-book : Book 78, Hadith 249

🌴🌴🌴🌴

Note: Say loudly Alhamdulillah and other duas so the other can response back. Don't say in low voice or in heart because of shyness or any other reason.

Praise your Lord coz your heart stopped when you sneezed and he made it start again. If you are grateful he will increase you in favours and for ungrateful there is his punishment and wrath.

THAT'S WHY I LOVE ISLAM

That's Why I Love ISLAM

We are dedicated to preach Islam. Our target is spread the message of Islam to the entire world. Not only for Muslims but also targeted at non-Muslims who did not have the opportunity to learn about the message of Allah (swt) as well as for those who have a wrong picture about Islam due to unfair media.

We provide some valuable content about Islam through our page for people around the globe.

We Also work to educate non-Muslims about the fundamental teachings of Islam while inviting them to accept Allah's (God's) message of guidance.

The principle tools we use are Allah's word (The Quran) and the (sunnah) of His last and final prophet, Muhammad, peace and blessings be on him.

Help us continue this mission of digital dawah [invite to Islam] and help yourself (invest in your hereafter) by supporting this ongoing charity (sadaqatul jaariyah). Please share our posts, videos, images, messages to help us to reach more peoples. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also said: Save yourself from hellfire by giving even half a date-fruit (even very little) in charity. [Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari]

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The best loved deeds to Allah are the ones that are continuous even if they are not very many." [Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari and al-Muslim]
This is the easiest way to for you to call to Allah,in line with what the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) said: "Tell on my behalf at least a verse."

My dear sisters and brothers in Faith: "Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives, Allah adds to his respect, and the one who shows humility,. Allah elevates him in the estimation (of the people)".

Hadith Of The Day 📝

Ibn 'Abbas narrated:

"I was behind the Prophet (ﷺ) one day when he said: 'O boy! I will teach you a statement:

🌴 Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you.

🌴 Be mindful of Allah and you will find Him before you.

🌴 When you ask, ask Allah, and when you seek aid, seek Allah's aid.

🌴Know that if the entire creation were to gather together to do something to benefit you- you would never get any benefit except that Allah had written for you. And if they were to gather to do something to harm you- you would never be harmed except that Allah had written for you.

Narrated `Aisha:

I did not feel jealous of any of the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) as much as I did of Khadija (although) she died before he married me, for I often heard him mentioning her, and Allah had told him to give her the good tidings that she would have a palace of Qasab (i.e. pipes of precious stones and pearls in Paradise), and whenever he slaughtered a sheep, he would send her women-friends a good share of it.

•══༻◉••﷽••◉༺══•

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said saying Aamiin after dua seals your dua and increases the chances of acceptance of dua. So say Aamiin after dua...

If you are going to do anything in future or going to take decisions or planning etc then only say in shaa Allah...

Don't say In shaa Allah after dua nor Aamin at the place where in shaa Allah should be said...

Understand properly and use wisely where these 2 words should be used.

Help the poor!

WHAT TASTE DO YOU LEAVE IN OTHERS' MOUTHS? This is so emotional :/

There was an old man who was admitted in a hospital.

A young man was visiting him every day, and sits with him for more than one hour.
He helps him eat his food, and to take his shower.

Then he takes him walking in the garden of the hospital.
After that he brings him back to his room and helps him to lie down.

He goes away after reassuring himself that the old man is doing well.

One day the nurse entered his room, to give him medicine and inspect his condition, and said to him:
"May the Lord be always gracious to your kind and caring son. Every day he visits you and shows great care."

The old man looked at her and closed his eyes and said to her:
"I wish it was one of my children. This is an orphan from the neighborhood where we live. I met him one day in the past, crying at the door of a Mosque, after his father died. I comforted him and bought for him candy. I neither saw him nor talked to him for a very long time.

When he grew up and came to discover where my wife and I were living. He was visiting us every day to inspect our conditions. When I later fell sick, he took my old wife to his home. He then comes to the hospital to see my treatment everyday. One day I asked him: "My son why do you have to deal with us and care about us?"

He simply smiled and then said: "The taste of the candy is still in my mouth."

Beautiful Message

A beautiful short message. Don't forget to read 📖

A mother said once to her little child: "Read Surah Al-Ikhlas 10 times so that Allah build for you a House in Jannah...."
.
The little boy started to read...and then he looked to his mother and saw her reading 📖 Surah Al-Ikhlas as well....
.
.
So the boy said: "No mummy! You don't have to read it. Because you will live with me in my house in Jannah!..."
.
.
This is Islam! [If you are a parents] Teach your child 👶 the Qur’an, [If you are a brother or sister] teach your brothers and sisters, your friends even your parents [if they don't know and you know that]
May Allah bless you all and rewards you for each of your good deeds. Ameen!

Don't forget to share it with your friends and family 👪 for indeed it's a good work [to do something good for the sake of Allah!]! In Shaa Allah

Hadith of the Day

Is there anything or anyone more precious to you than jannah and your akhirat.. The answer would certainly be Nooo

Then don't make anything or anyone be a reason for you to lose jannah...

If you are angry with anyone then forget the anger and forgive that person and don't be angry with anyone more than 3 days...

If you die in between in this condition then certainly you will get hell!

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,

"It is not lawful for a Muslim to forsake his (Muslim) brother beyond three days; and whosoever does so for more than three days, and then dies, will certainly enter the Hell."

why some souls feel inexplicably drawn to other souls

This explains why some souls feel inexplicably drawn to other souls:

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"The souls are (like) an army joined (in the world of spirits) whichever souls knew each other (in that world) are attracted towards each other (in this world) and whichever remained distant and indifferent (there) are disinterested to each other (in this world)"
